As plastic surgery grants the wishes of celebrities and stars in reaching their craves and desires to meet the standards of being 'perfect', 'seductive', and 'hot', major changes appeared to have completely ripped the life, the nostalgic image of the person itself.

It is most likely best as Nicki has decided to somehow be concerned about her physical appearance and body shape to have had the drastic, huge changes been done under the painful knife-cuts and enduring processes. Not only it is for the media or her dreams to become today's hip-hop queen, it is aimed towards her self-confidence, the strength to empower, outshine, and rule the hip-hop industry like a boss.
